The test consist of the following test plates:
- Plates 1 to 3: screening plates
- Plate 4: plate for testing eye suppression
- 5 and 6: plates for the quantitative testing of stereoacuity
It will be delivered with a pair of red-green glasses (adult) and the booklet also included instructions in English and Dutch.
