iCare DRS fundus camera for high quality retinal images
DRS is a fast, easy-to-use, and fully automated fundus camera. DRS creates high quality retinal images without the use of a mydriatic agent for pupil dilation. The device can acquire 45° color retinal images and also support multiple field automatic acquisition protocols, providing up to 7 fields which can be automatically stitched in an 80° mosaic. DRS is easy-to-use, requires minimal operator training and can be efficiently operated through an intuitive touchscreen interface.

Fully automated for improved workflow
DRS offers the advantage of fully automated operations that require minimal operator training. The device offers an automatic alignment feature that uses two pupil cameras to align itself to the target level. The auto-focus has an adjustment range of -15D to 15D and can focus on the retina accurately. The auto-flash level adjustment ensures patient comfort and captures the image quickly and efficiently. This along with the short exam time makes DRS an efficient device that improves the workflow in any setting.
Patient experience made comfortable
DRS has a patient presence sensor, an ergonomic design and a motorized chin rest designed to ensure a pleasant patient experience. The device generates a low power flash to ensure patient comfort and the quick examination time makes the whole process an effortless one.
User-friendly interface for ease of use
The DRS has a smart 10.4” touch-screen color display and an extremely easy-to-use and intuitive user interface. The device generates high quality images of the retina including stereo pair of the optic disk, peripheral fields, and the external eye. The compact and clean design does not require an additional PC for operation. The device can be connected to the LAN using both ethernet or Wi-Fi — this allows the use of the Remote Viewer browser-based software from any laptop or tablet connected to the same LAN.
